SALES EXECUTIVE

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
* 3 Full-Time position(s) available.

GENERAL MANAGER

Responsibilities:
* Manages the hotel’s overall operation through maintaining established cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations.
* Providing leadership in developing and implementing strategies and initiatives; and the financial and operational performance including budget, forecasts, revenue management, brand standards, guest service, facilities maintenance and employee engagement.
* Manages all sources of revenue including the rooms, food and beverage, and respective departments. Ensures all departments are profitable and maintain strong working relationships.
* Responsible for the overall financial performance and manages the budget to meet financial objectives.
* Direct monitoring to all sales and marketing activity to develop and execute creative strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Develop and implement operating standards, policies, practices and procedures in alignment with those of Resorts.
* Ensure implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
* Build relationships with key community and business associations to further the business goals and objectives.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
* Full-Time position(s) available.
