With requirements as follows :
* Minimum S1 degree, preferably in Accounting
* Minimum 1 year experiences as payroll / compensation and benefit
* Experience in handling salary survey is an advantage
* Experience in payroll regulation (Pph 21, overtime, etc)
* Experience in handling jamsostek regulation, medical insurance
* Attention to the details and numbers
* High integrity, Good communication and interpersonal skill
* Hard working and able to work under pressure
* Job location at Surabaya
