* Experience min 1 year in similar position in 4 or 5 stars international hotel
* Fluent in English, spoken and written
* Have interpersonal relation, leadership and communication skill
* Good articulate, self motivated, outgoing personality, high integrity, and smart worker
* Good analytical skills
* Able to start immediately & willing located at Palembang
