Requirement :
* Male, min S1 degree from major of Law, with GPA min. 2.75
* Max. 35 years old, have min. 2 years experience in industrial relation
* Familiar in using MS. Office
* Proficient in English is an advantageous
* Proven communication & Interpersonal skill
* Easy to adapt with changing situations
* Have experience in monitoring the implementation of Collective Labor Agreement, policies, and program of industrial relations
* Have experience in maintaining ongoing relationship with employee & related government bodies
* Have experience in conducting the socialization of industrial policies to employee
* Familiar with payroll calculation
