Training Staff

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct or coordinate the training and development activities of an organization
  • Develop training modules
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing program
  • Delivered training


Reporting Line:
Reporting to Corporate HR Manager

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Have min. 2 years experience in training
  • Have the ability to create modules
  • Excellent in presentation skills and Ms. Office (Power Point)
  • Open Minded, honest and hard worker
  • Excellent in communication, cooperative and creative
  • Willing to worked at BSD City, Tangerang
