Responsibilities:
* Creating training need analyze and execute training & development program
* Evaluate and monitoring the result of training & development

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
* Required skill(s): Training & Development Tools, MS Office.
* Required language(s): English.
* Fresh Graduated From Psychology or Human Resources Management.
* 1 Full-Time positions available in Jakarta
