* At least 5 years experience in recruiting & training in oil & gas sector industries.
* Good knowledge on human resource and understanding with all qualifications and adequate knowledge of job description in EPC Company.
* Good coordination with all users (department head / project manage r, etc)
* Familiar with training need analysis, competency & development.
