Recruitment Staff

Responsibility :
* Responsible for all recruitment process such as :
* Advertising vacant position through newspaper or internet
* Doing job fair or campus hiring for applicant database
* Conducting psychological test
* Interviewing qualified candidates
* Reporting to end – user regarding to recruitment process
* Setting interview schedule with end user
* Confirm to end for the new hire employee

Qualifications :
* Bachelor degree in Pyschology
* Having experience in recruitment field (less than 1 year) but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
* Familiar with psychological tools
* Good analytical and communication skill
* Having pleasant personality
* Strong motivation and able to work under pressure
* Creative, high initiative, and fast learner
* Familiar with computer (Windows and internet)
