Responsibilities:
* Cooperation with new provider based on request from clients
* Maintains & develop relationships with existing provider
* Service problem by clarifying the provider & customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; problem solving
* Provide regular informations for provider & clients

Requirements:
* Male / Female
* Min. Bachelor degree from any discipline
* Good communication & negotiation skill
* Service orientation
* Able to operate Ms.Office
