In line with our companyís objective and organizational demand, we are currently seeking for :
Technical & Application Support (Cengkareng Based)
Responsible for manning the Help Desk, perform dispatch services, trouble ticket problem resolution and on-line troubleshooting in order to solve userís computer and telecommunication problems.
The Requirements are:
* Associate degree in computer science
* Have at least 1 year experience in help desk support
* Having knowledge in IT application common service eg. Password, access, FAQ, manuals, etc.
* Hands on experience in Help desk support for PC Hardware and operating software
* Knowledgeable with NT, LAN/WAN, Connection Issue, MS. Office
* Experience in application development and support
* Good command of English (both written and verbal)
* Knowledge of customer service skills and IT technology
* Strong planning, organizing, problem solving and presentation skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Familiarity with Application features of service, systems, knowledge base building, policies and procedures
* Will be placed at Cengkareng
