Untuk sekarang ini kami banyak melayani permintaan tenaga outsource yang bergerak dalam bidang marketing di traditional market dan modern market di seluruh Indonesia, seperti Sales Promotion Girl (SPG), Merchandiser (MD), Team Leader (TL), Project Coordinator (PC), Admin (ADM) , Salesman (Motorist), dan Security.

Kami mempunyai lebih dari 600 orang tenaga kerja outsource yang bekerja di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Perusahaan ini telah melayani permintaan tenaga kerja lebih dari 10 perusahaan besar berskala nasional. Recruitment & Selection
Recruitment process conducted by exploring our own databases, third parties (karir.com, jobsdb and universities/colleges) database, as well as radio/newspaper advertisement in accordance with client requirement.
Process selection done by administration review, math test, psycho test as well as interview by a psychologist along with training manager. Psychologist will observes potency and candidate ability; while training manager will prepares and develops skill and knowledge.

Training & Evaluation
We provide training program, continues monitoring and evaluation of the employees.
Employees evaluation will be recorded periodically, which are evaluating attitude and performance . This periodic evaluation will contribute to design the training program needed by the employees to increase their skill and attitude. The program will then follow by reward system such as the best employees or performance bonus.

HR Management
HR administration, coordination and control will treat the employees professionally and in line with the Indonesia labor regulation. All payments will proceeded in banking payroll system.
The employees will benefit Jamsostek and medical insurance as well as THR bonus.
