ASSISTANT MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL MANAGER [AMIR]

Responsibilities:
  • Internal control
  • HR management system
  • Pembuatan prosedur kerja (SOP) dan policy
  • HR audit system


Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial), human resource management, law or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably coordinator/supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Management or general HR.
