1. Sales Manager
(Min. 2 yrs experience in Service Apartment, good networking connection in Jakarta market segment, target oriented & has strong negotiation skill).

2. Housekeeping Coordinator
(Min. 2 yrs experience in Service Apartment, Budget and manpower control, able to operate Realta system, Has a leadership skill and able to work under pressure).

3. Tenant Relation Officer
( Single female, hotel background, having min D-3, fresh graduated are welcome, able to speak Japanese will be an additional value).

4. Housekeeping Supervisor
( Min. graduated from D-1 Hotel & Tourism Academy, min. 2 yrs working experience at the same position).

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
1. Neat, charming, friendly, highly motivated, energetic, pleasant personality, mature and hard worker.
2. Able to communicate in English
3. Computer literate is a must
4. Customer service & Result oriented
5. Team player, sociable and communicative
