At the moment we are open lowongan kerja looking for a PASTRY CHEF to join our motivated and energetic team at Crowne Plaza Jakarta.

PASTRY CHEF

Specific Requirements :
* Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
* Minimun Diploma III (D3) in Culinary or hospitality
* Having min 3 years experience in similiar position, preferably from 4 or 5 Star International Hotel
* Good knowledge and experience in fine pastry, ice cream and cookies
* Able to read and communicate in English
* Having strong leadership and be able to manage food quality and control pastry operation.
* Able to calculate food cost
* Able to work professionally under pressure condition
* Dynamic, systematic and detail oriented
* Hard worker, independent, able to work with minimum supervision
* Honest and willing to work long hour
