JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for maintaining the maximum levels of guest service and satisfaction, completing, updating and merging the guest history / profile in the computer system, making courtesy call periodically, and taking care of all requirement of the VIP guests / Club Floor guests.

Requirements :
* Male / Female, max 26 years old
* Min.Diploma degree from Tourism Academy
* Experience in hotel industry will be advantage, however fresh graduated are welcome to apply
* Well groomed, good English verbal & written, computer literate
