Responsibility Description :
* Responsible in conducting Job Evaluation, Salary Review, Mass Promotion, OPL Head Count and any kind of project related to Compensation Department

Requirements :
* Educational background: Bachelor Degree of Industrial Technology or Science - Math.
* Having 2-4 years minimum experience in the same job function
* Proficient in English both verbal and written
* Having good communication skill
* Having a good service orientation and result focus
* Willing to travel
