We are looking for smart, creative thinking, self-motivated people, passionate about technology and willing to learn and develop new skills. The team will consist of proper web “geeks” with an expert understanding in all popular web technologies, and the passion to resolve challenges.

Architect / Development Manager

Skills / Profile

• 7+ years of professional related experience (defining application and software stack architecture)
• Experience in high volume, high transaction, highly scalable, reliable, and available environment
• Strong problem solving skills is a must!
• Hands-on application development experience
• Broad knowledge of development platforms, languages and technologies
• Excellent software developer, especially PHP object arch, JAVA
• Good database design knowledge, especially MySQL
• Confident with backend algorism as well as front end development
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and popular frameworks, CSS,HTML and W3C standards
• Experience AJAX interface design
• Top-notch planning and designing skills
• Strong data modelling skills
• Strong knowledge of internet technologies and related protocols
• Excellent software testing and debugging skills
• Good knowledge of UNIX environment
• Good network knowledge
• Strong math background, especially in statistics, is a plus
• Good background interfacing with web services, API and various other conduits
• Good analytical skills
• Detail oriented personality traits
• Motivated by challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills with highest degree of professionalism
• Ability to work independently and also in a team setting
• Ability to manage, mentor, teach, educate junior developers
• Ability to resolve design challenges, architectural issues, design conflicts
• Fluent in English
